A group of urban design researchers in Norway have produced images and video mapping “the invisible terrain” of WiFi networks by light painting their signal strength in long-exposure photographs.The visualizations illustrate how WiFi networks in this neighborhood are ubiquitous, but also fragmented and qualitatively different.

Un gruppo di giovani designer norvegesi ha prodotto immagini e video tracciando con la luce la forza del segnale Wi-Fi in foto a lunga esposizione. Le foto mostrano come la rete Wi-Fi appaia onnipresente ma anche frammentata e qualitativamente diversa.
